I design end-to-end learning experiences that move from structured analysis through development, pilot, and evaluation with intention at every stage. My work spans asynchronous eLearning, instructor-led and virtual synchronous delivery, microlearning, performance support, and persona-based learning paths built for complex organizations and diverse learner populations.

I also serve as a thoughtful partner for organizations navigating AI adoption, protecting quality standards, ensuring human judgment stays in the loop, and making sure technology serves the workforce rather than replacing the rigor that high-stakes environments demand.
